My Thoughts:

This is absolutely true as quiet times helps us to relax and to restore or refresh. It is needed by our bodies, and it is almost like a therapy session.

No Time

As everybody is busy, going to work or school, there seems no time for quiet time. As true this may seem, you got to create time for it. The reason why there is no time because you are making it to be no time. Otherwise, if it’s important enough for you, sure you would have made time for it.

In other words, what this means is that many people are not taking the quiet time. It’s as if it’s not important enough, which I also understand. Why is why I just want to imply to start making time as much as you can because quiet times are severely important for our health.

Ocean

Find somewhere relaxing like the ocean or lake. Maybe a bookstore or just about anywhere that will provide you time to restore. For me, hiking is my relaxing and restoring time, the time to get me thinking. I mean sure it’s quiet, but I’m busy thinking so it’s quiet and not quiet. But it makes me restore my mind and feel fresh. If you never have gone hiking, I suggest giving it a try because you will love it. Some people go hiking daily, but I just go like twice a week.

Be Honest

Think about your life in honesty. Think where you want to be and what you need to do to be there. Sure, it sounds like its easy, but that’s what quiet time is, to make it easy.
