My Thoughts:

Morning Walks are my favorite as it helps to exercise the mind and body. I like to go to the park and just hike for 1 hour about 2 or 3 times a week. If I could, I would want to do it 5 times a week, but with busy schedule and able to do it at least twice a week. If you’ve never gone hiking, I really suggest giving it a try as it is a nice healer.

Red Bull Infusions 

As Jack in the Box has these new Infusions, I been taking them with me. I been going to Jack in the Box Drive-Thru and getting one Infusion. I normally, drink it right before I start hiking and it keeps me focused. If you are unaware what Infusions are, they are Red Bull Drink that Jack in the Box has. It is basically 1 small can of Red Bull and is mixed with syrup and ice added. Pretty simple, yet so delicious and nice feeling towards hiking.

Normally, I don’t drink Energy drinks, but as its new at Jack in the Box, I’m just giving it a try. Anyway, sure there are millions of drinks out there so the point is not the drink, but the walk. Get your walk on no matter if it’s the morning or afternoon or night. Regardless of the time, every walk is going for the body and mind.

Eat Clean

If you are going to exercise, mind as well eat healthy too. Obviously, our body is based on what we consume. If we eat healthy foods, we look healthy. If we eat unhealthy foods, we look unhealthy. So, if you’re taking the morning walk, keep your mind going on with clean nutrition. So, shit the junk foods off, and grab carrots and fruits.
