Being happy sounds super easy, but is it really? I mean how often are you happy or are you just fine? After thinking about it, I noticed I need to be happier more. Of course, there are moments when I’m happy, but now I realize I need to focus more on it. So should you if you are never happy or just sometimes happy.

Happiness

Who thinks about happiness? I mean most people who are happy, don’t realize they need to be happy. It is just does feelings that come along as you go with life. It is just the way it is, and when you think about it more, the more you need to be happy. If someone said anything to you like that you need to be happy more. Forget what they tell you because you know when you are happy or not.

Do Activities

If you are never happy, join activity clubs at gyms or anywhere. Go hiking with someone or just do anything that will make you feel happier. Maybe go to a theme park or take a class at a college. If you try something new you can have opportunities that you never thought existed. You may even find your next future wife or husband.

Food is Happiness 

Eating something new or trying a restaurant I haven’t tried before, makes me happy. Find what makes you happy and do more of it. I have a passion for food, so trying new stuff always makes me happy. Above that, it provides me an experience that I enjoy. Every time I come across new ice cream, it melts my mind with full interest and joy just to give it a try.
