Some say that it’s true to eat small portions a day than to eat few bigger portions. I like to say eat how you feel it and not by how should. Unless you go to a doctor and for certain reasons doctor suggests you to eat as prescribed. When you are eating in small portions, I believe your body starts to work faster and it builds up its immune system. However, it all depends on the body.

Fat Percentage

Some people may eat as much as they want, and they just never get fat. I like to think that the bone size matters in just about how much meat it can hold. If you have small bones your body naturally can’t hold a lot of meat. Therefore, your body fat percentage may be high, and you just may not know it. In this case, I would suggest going to a doctor for a checkup on that.

Actually, regardless of what size bones or body mass you have, I recommend going to a doctor. It is important to know how your body is doing and sometimes you may be lacking something that you may not know. Let’s just say you may be lacking vitamin C or Vitamin D. Whatever you are lacking you may know. Also, if you give blood, you can know a lot about your cholesterol and just many more things.

Eat Healthy

Above everything else, eating healthy is the most important thing you can do. If you keep your health in perfect balance, it is worth every lotter ticket you can find. It is given to us for a purpose, which is why we need to maintain it very well.
