As Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse film is coming out on 6/2/2023 Burger King came out with this cool “Spider-Verse” Whopper. What makes this Whopper any different than the rest is that it has red buns with black sesame seeds. The new Spider-Man film is actually a cartoon and I just wish it was a movie instead. However, as it is following the comics, I guess it makes sense for it to come out as a cartoon. I will only wait for a Spider-Man movie to come out soon.

“Spider-Verse” Whopper from BK

This Whopper comes in Small Size Drink and Small Fries. The drink comes in a black cool cup, but it is only available in size small and not in any other sizes. It doesn’t really make sense that it doesn’t come in any other size, but it’s okay I guess.

Contains:

  • toasted red and black sesame seed bun
  • 0.25 lb. flame-grilled beef patty
  • mayo
  • ketchup
  • Swiss Cheese
  • tomatoes
  • lettuce
  • white onions
  • pickles

Everything is perfect about this whopper and there is no topping that I would remove.

Difference between Regular Whopper 

If you are wonder what makes this “Spider-Verse” Whopper any different than the Regular. It is only two ingredients: The Cheese and buns. The Buns are toasted red and black sesame seed bun and the cheese is Melty Swiss cheese.

The Taste

It tastes no different than a regular Whopper except for that it is a bit sweeter. Other than that, everything else is exactly the same. Even though the buns are red and has black sesame seeds, it still tastes the same.

The Difference 

The only difference with this Whopper is that the Red buns look like they are a venom and that they are going to turn you into Spider-man. On top of that, if you try the “Spider-Verse” Sundae you will get a tickling sensation in your mouth from the popping candies. This tickling sensation almost feels as if you really are turning into Spider-Man. I think this Sundae is a must and I highly suggest trying it. Just eat it slowly so the candies take their effect and start popping. When you eat it and finish it fast, you only get a little bit tickling sensation. Regardless, you still feel like you are turning into Spider-Man.
