This is the new hybrid pizza from Pizza Hut that is a Fiesta Taco Beef Pizza. What separates this pizza from any other is that this pizza has a bean sauce and not the normal marinara sauce or pizza sauce that we are used to. Therefore, this pizza becomes a hybrid pizza as it is pizza but taco alike features. It comes in Large size and the price is $17.99 and to just mention that there are two versions. First version is the beef and the second is the chicken which is grilled.

Fiesta Taco Beef

This pizza comes with Doritos Nacho Cheese and Tostitos Chunky Salsa which just doesn’t make sense. The Nacho Cheese Doritos is flavored and I would eat it as is and not with the Tostitos Salsa. I wouldn’t add the Tostitos on the pizza because I would rather add a different hot sauce. Therefore, the two items that come with it are absolutely pointless to me.

Instead

I think it should come with hot sauce and sour cream. As the pizza has bean sauce it is just meant to be for it to be served with sour cream and hot sauce instead of Doritos and Tostitos.

Contains:

  • Bean Sauce
  • Cheese
  • Beef
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Cheddar Cheese

The onions and lettuce are pretty big in size. When it comes to taco, I usually add tiny pieces of onions and small shredded lettuce. The tomatoes and cheddar cheese are fine. However, as you would guess the pizza just needs sour cream and hot sauce. I’m giving this pizza 2 out of 5 stars. Just to mention that this is the third time I’m ordering it because the first two times they forgot to add some of the toppings. I think they are just not ready for this pizza as they are out of the few ingredients like the lettuce.

I do recommend giving it a try as it is something cool and feels hybrid in a unique way.
