Are your feet tired? cuz youve been running through my mind all day.

(My Thoughts:)

This is one that brings to my attention about running. Well, as many people would think so that running is really healthy for you. However, many doctors claim that running is not good for you and that it can be more damaging than you may think. One for the most obvious is that it can be very damaging to the joints in the body. The other is that when you are running the body organs are moving which can be damaging to certain organs. On top of that, the blood circulation doesn’t go throughout the body in an even motion. Sure, the results come quicker in trying to be lean and in good shape but sometimes they may cause damage that may not be worth it.

Alternative

As you may have heard it millions of times: Walking is just the way to go. It circulates the blood in an even format where the blood goes through everywhere in the body in a safe and beneficial way. This is very important to your health, and it is not damaging to the joints. I always tend to say go on a 2-hour hike instead of a 1-hour run. On top of that, the body interior doesn’t move in a way where one organ may damage another. Everything is just safer when you are walking, and the results are healthier.

Age

When you are young you can run like a horse. As you get older in your 30’s you notice that your body is slower, and you may get side effects from running. Of course, age has a lot to do with running and the paste of the body as well. However, either way you put it, it is more beneficial and safer to walk than to run.
