Came across this youtheory ashwagandha from Costco at an amazing price of $20.99. I just couldn’t say no to this wonderful deal and it comes with 150 capsules inside the square bottle. I like to try everything once and I decided to give this a try. Sometimes I see this on the coupon booklet for cheaper price. But with coupon or not, the price is just perfect.

It comes with 1,000 mg which means it is 500 mg per capsule. I’ve been taking it for about 3 weeks now and I really don’t feel a difference. I’m not sure if it works or not, but I been testing it and I’m just neutral with it. However, I’ve been taking only 1 capsule a day which means it is only 500 mg of the ashwagandha. Maybe, I might feel a bit relaxed, but it could just be in my head too.

Water

In the label it says to take it with water, but I’ve been mixing it with my smoothie. I make my smoothie with milk and I’m not sure if that really makes a difference or not. Realistically, it shouldn’t make a difference, because I’ve noticed products with ashwagandha that are milk based and not water.

Read the entire label before taking it.

Powder

This is a powder form pill, and the shell is a vegetarian capsule. It is easy to swallow and feels pretty soft when you press the pill.

The type of ashwagandha used is the KSM-66 which is clinically supported. Sometimes, I take it at night, other times I take it during the day. Both ways, I’m not sure if I feel any difference. Regardless, if I feel anything or not, I feel better that I’m taking it. I’m going to start using this randomly and not daily as I’m trying more products.

Just to mention that ashwagandha has been used for such a long time and it is just healthy. It helps to relieve the stress response in our bodies and it something I recommend to take if you never have taken it.
