There are many different Starbucks Egg Bites which come in a pack of 2. This may sound like it’s something new, but it is basically scrambled eggs shaped in circles that you hold and bite into. The actual name is Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites which in short people just call egg bites. Normally, you order this at Starbucks but now they are available at Costco for the time being. I found two different egg bites at Costco with a price that is unbeatable at Starbucks. I’m going to start with the bacon one first because it is my favorite.

Uncured Bacon & Gruyère

This is my favorite of all Egg Bites and it is just egg perfection. It is greasy, buttery, sweet, loaded with bacon and cheesy masterpiece. If there is one that I crave is going to be this one. However, there is one thing that kind of bothers me and that is the way the animals are raised. Sure, it keeps mentioning how well the hens are raised but nothing about the pigs. Obviously, there is bacon in here and it just doesn’t mention anything about how the pigs are raised. Hooray! for the birds but would be more nice knowing that the pigs are raised just as great.

Egg White & Roasted Red Pepper

This one is also good but not as good as the bacon one. The red peppers are roasted but they seem like they are fried. The cheese is kind of silent in here and it is pretty sweet with zero spice. This one is vegetarian which is great when you are trying to avoid meat. It is greasy and sweet just like the bacon one but comes with way less calories.

Fast and Convenient

The price for both Egg Bites are $14.79 which is incredibly cheap compared to buying them from Starbucks. What I like is that you can just make them in the oven and comes out pretty perfect. The taste is the same as the ones in Starbucks except I think the ones from Starbucks are tiny bit bigger than these ones. These egg bites are convenient for me and great way to enjoy scrambled eggs without the mess. On top of that, you can squeeze these bites in bread and enjoy as a muffin sandwich. Great idea!
