“Worry” is a word that I don’t allow myself to use. – Dwight D. Eisenhower

I can fully agree with Dwight D. Eisenhower, however I feel it all the time. It’s as if I’m worrying about something and keep worrying about it. Sometimes it may sound easy to say: “don’t worry about it.” But if it is something that means a lot to you, how can you not worry about it? What I think is that you just got to try your best to not worry as much as you can. Think of something else that can help you get distracted about it.

Meaningful

As much as you can I would suggest to not worry. However, as times come when there is let’s say physical appearance problem like acne. It’s just hard not to worry about it. It’s as if you try every product to get rid of it, but the acne gets more and more. This type of problems ends up turning into worries which is something you have to worry about. I mean how can you not worry about the acne on your face and just ignore it?

What I’m trying to say is that if a worry means a lot to you, it becomes meaningful which becomes hard to ignore. But at the same time there always is a solution to every problem and often we need to work hard for it. For example, if the acne turns into stress and fears, now you have to deal with that besides the acne itself. Again, there is a result to all problems but it’s hard work and dedication to try to solve it or to even go through with it.

Anway, think less and get yourself involved with stuff that will get you busy and take your mind off of thinking.
