“Tears are words that need to be written.” – Paulo Coelho

(My Thoughts:)

Ever cry and cry and cry? Sometimes, it might be easier to write down exactly what is the reason that you are crying for to realize maybe there is no need to cry. It just is the way things are in life when something bad happens you think you have to cry.

Embarrassing

Just the other day I was at Universal Studios Hollywood and during the entrance this girl started bleeding all over the floor. As I was near here, she was telling people around her she forgot she was going to get her period. Wow! I never really thought a girl could lose that much blood, but I really felt bad in a way. Sure, I was laughing in my mind, but the point is she started crying over the embarrassment she was going through. Imagine people all around you watching you bleed over the floor and her shoes, just everything was blood.

Anyway, I hope she learned from this and that next time she has pads with her, so she is just covered in moments that come randomly. Even though she is not writing about the tears that she went through that day, I am here sharing with you guys and writing it for her. Hopefully, everyone reading this is now aware to have extra pads for moments that come unexpectedly.

Crying

Most people think that crying is a bad thing but it’s actually a good thing. There is nothing wrong about crying and it actually helps to release the toxics out of the body. Once you cry it’s as if you are getting ridding of the toxic that is in your mind. Therefore, don’t feel sad about crying but rather cry it out. This doesn’t mean don’t forget your pads so you don’t cry, but rather if you do cry, don’t be shy about it.
