Charbroiled Chicken Shish Kabob

This Chicken is no doubt one of my favorites from Glendale, California Mediterranean Restaurants. What I love most about Panini is the way they cook the chicken, they don’t just grill it and call it a day. They really grill it, in terms called, “Well Done” and always is one of a kind. Also, Panini includes grilled Onions, Peppers, and Tomatoes with the Kabobs. Love how the onions are grilled, burning food and making it well done is very important to Mediterranean dishes. It was a pleasure eating this Chicken Shish Kabob and this is my normal meal from Panini Kabob Grill.

Tzatziki with Pita Bread

This Tzatziki is a yogurt dish made with cucumbers and seasonings. They offer it with Pita Bread or Sliced Cucumbers, normally I get it with Pita Bread so I can eat it with my kabob meals. Because, I like to eat the Tzatziki without bread, so I use the pitas for the meal. This yogurt is great and when eating with the BBQ it is a nice finisher meal.

Mediterranean Salad

I always choose this for one of the sides and I absolutely love the size of this salad. However, there is one thing to improve this salad, and that is to add more veggies. It comes with a good amount of veggies on top, but I think tripling this veggies would be the right way to go. I absolutely love this dressing with this salad and love the touch of the olives inside.

Homemade Honey Walnut Baklava Side

This dessert is good, I would just recommend it to make it 70% bigger. However, I guess it is a good size if you don’t want to get fat. Actually Baklava is not really bad, it is normally made with real and natural ingredients, so there isn’t much to go wrong with this. In fact, you can think of this as an Healthy Dessert if comparing it with other desserts.

Beef Koobideh Kabob with side of Mediterranean Salad & Brown Rice

Normally at Panini everything is well done, and I love it that way. But, this time as you can see in the video it wasn’t in a well done status. But, it is still good and yummy. The brown rice was really good as well, next time I think I’m always going to get the brown rice. I feel like the brown rice is healthier, but I don’t know because I love their white rice.

Pita Basket

I was surprised to see a good amount of pitas in the pita basket, I will continue to get this basket all the time. BBQ is not the same without pitas, so I highly recommend you guys getting this basket.

Side of Garbanzo Hummus

The hummus was good also a good combination to the pitas. Garbanzo is really healthy and I usually get Tzatziki, but sometimes I get the Hummus. usually I see a lot of oil on top of hummus from other restaurants, but at Panini I think the oil is little. The oil being little is not bad, I think its good, Try this its good.
