“Ninety Percent of the world’s woes comes from people not knowing themselves, their abilities, their frailties, and even their real virtues. Most of us go almost all the way through life as complete strangers to ourselves.” – Sydney J. Harris

My Thoughts:

Most likely I can agree with Sydney J. Harris. I also think that we need to open up and do more in life. Most people are living in a comfort zone, and they are repeating the same things over ang over again. Which I really think people need to step out of the comfort zone and start exploring other things in life.

Themselves

Most people think they are this and that, but really are nothing. For example, someone might think he is the strongest person on earth and have all the confidence. Yet, same person gets scared by a person with anxiety. I mean all that strength down in the drain in just one second only because the person didn’t know himself. He didn’t know his true form of strength. He proved himself wrong that he is not strong and his exactly the opposite. This is common with 90% of the population as they really don’t know themselves. They think they are compatible with more than what they actually know.

Strangers

As far as I know, almost everyone is living behind the walls. they are scared to show their true self. They just care too much of what people think of them. Yet, this same people think they are this and they are not, again they are nothing. This is why we need to gain education, we need to read books to boost our brain cells. Eating proper foods like walnuts and healthy snacks is also required for better mental health functions.

Have confident yet be strong and have education before thinking who you really are.
