My Thoughts: 

Laugh:

When it comes to laughing it is very complicated when you think about laughing all the time. I think that it is important to laugh when you can, but at the same time just be yourself. I think it’s not about laughing when you can, but when you feel you should.

Apologize: 

This is very important as I think it is a sense of respect. However, I think you should avoid doing anything that is going to make you apologize later. In reality, live a very peaceful life towards everyone around you. Therefore, you wouldn’t be in a situation that would require to apologize. At the same time, sometimes accidents can happen, so keep in mind to apologize when you should.

Change:

Change is by far very important to our health. It is something that most people don’t do, and most people have a pattern in life that they like to keep. For example, let’s say you are driving to work and you keep going the same way because it is part of your daily routines. This is when I want to say don’t be afraid of changes, take another road or do something different than the normal.

Be Happy: 

I’m exactly the opposite of happy and I think not many people are really happy. Life seems like it’s getting harder and harder, it’s like a challenge that keeps getting harder. However, we need to understand to keep our self-worth full as that is the purpose of life. If life was easy, would most likely be pointless. Happiness is a reminder for us all to keep it and express it with others. Life is short and hard, but we can keep it happy.
