“In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. You need milk, not solid food!” – Hebrews

What I Think about this is that we don’t need to focus on what we want to eat, but rather just to eat something. For example, instead of wanting to eat a cheeseburger, we should just eat anything that gives us the ability to survive. In other words, we should eat foods that are given to us from above and not foods that we have created. If a food is made by a person, or created by a person, then it’s not something we should be eating. What we need to eat is food given to us naturally.

Eat Healthy

We should eat food that we can grow like tomatoes and cucumbers. We can chop of this plant-based foods and create millions of different dishes out of them. Word of advice is consume natural foods that were available and given to us, but not created by us.

Teachers

I like to add that we need to teach one another and help our knowledge expand and grow. The reason why we have a brain is to use it and to share it. By sharing knowledge, we are doing what we are intended to do so. We all have our own will to think what and how we want. For this reason, we must share this knowledge to help others in their thinking and contributing thoughts from one another. For those who are the opposite, its not to late to change today. In fact, you can go to college right now at any given age. By going to college you are learning and expanding your brain provided to you just for that.
