After using this Arm & Hammer Advance White Toothpaste I noticed one thing which is that it dries out my lips. I came across this toothpaste on Men’s Health Magazine and seems like it was a favorite, so I decided to give it a try. At first, I didn’t notice anything but after a week or two I noticed that I was getting blisters on my lips. On top of that the more I used it the more it would just add to it. The only way to get rid of the blisters was to just stop using it.

The Toothpaste

This has 0.24% of Fluoride which it is an Anticavity Toothpaste, and it is supposed to help with dental tooth decay. Maybe I’m allergic to something in here I’m not sure but my lips would irritate every time I used it. As soon as I stopped using it my lips got better.

Months Later

Then couple months later I decided to try again, and same thing happened. I’m not sure why it’s giving me an allergic reaction or not exactly sure what it is but every time I use it my lips get blisters. Anyway, the first time I used it which was about 3 months and the blisters never went away during my time of usage. I was even using ChapSticks and all types of lips care to help it go away and it never did.

At first, I didn’t know it was the Toothpaste causing the blisters. After I found out I sure stopped using it.

As a whole I wish I didn’t get this type of blisters from this toothpaste, but sure seems like a great product to use. The mint taste is okay, and I usually don’t put a lot of toothpaste on the brush. For the picture, I put a lot so you guys can see the color of the toothpaste.
