“Let our advance worrying become advance thinking and planning.” – Winston Churchill

My Thoughts:

This may actually sound like a smart idea to do. Start thinking more and in advance. However, it isn’t always the case to be right. Sometimes overthinking brings troubles to your lives. I think that the more you think it may actually turn to a problem rather than a solution. For example, if you’re a guy and you’re wearing a pink shirt, you may think if its gay or not? The more you think, the more it will be a problem. The solution would be just not to wear pink shirt, this way you have nothing to think about. Additional thinking always tends to lead to stress.

Churchill

I can fully agree with Winston Churchill, but I just think that it depends. It just depends on what the worry is about because if it’s something not important than it would be okay. But if worry is about something that is important to you than it will lead to stress. If you worry about something that is not important to you then it’s hard to stress over it. But if you are worrying about something like your skin condition, then it may just lead to stress. As it is important to you, it will matter to you.

Don’t Worry

Probably the best suggestion I can give is just try to not worry about anything. Let your subconscious mind be so strong that nothing important will really matter.

Right or Wrong

This is how you know if you are doing yoga right or wrong. If your mental state makes you fear about something, then you are doing yoga wrong. For this reason, I always say most people are wasting their time doing yoga because they don’t know exactly what they are doing.
