I could take that into consideration that it is correct. However, at the same time there are people who are just naturally angry all the time. I think there is nothing wrong with being angry, but it depends how you deal with it. For example, let’s say you are mad, and you start getting aggressive with it which I think is wrong. It’s okay to be mad and not confront with it with anger. instead, I think that you should be silent about it. Take into consideration that life is not perfect, and it is just the way it is.
Practice
For people who are constantly getting angry, start practicing what to do the next time you get angry. Think about ways that will help you overcome it by practicing. Yes, it’s okay to be angry as long as you are silent about it and not acting insane of it. I personally like to be angry and look mad, but that’s my personality. I don’t act mad or angry, I just look that way. Same with everyone else, if you are mad be smart about it act maturely.
Love
Start loving more and include love as part of your life. Love has a very powerful purpose and that is something given to us. Think about dogs and how happy they are regardless of what they are going through. Dogs show what love is and some people just notice it. As being an animal expert, I find it so hard to believe how people mistreat their pets. Yet their pets still love them at the end of the day. If you do have a pet, be careful how you treat it because you may be treating wrong and not nothing.
