If you have gone to Costco, most likely you have tried any ice cream from the Costco Food Court. It is perhaps the cheapest price ice cream on soft serve and always just great feeling moment. for a cup size of 473ml which is almost 16oz, you get a soft serve ice cream that just satisfies. Sometimes, when driving by Costco I would stop by the Food Court just to get one of this ice creams. For the size and the price it is by far the best even compared to fast food chains.

At one point, this flavor disappeared and now finally at 2024 its back.

When it comes to the chocolate flavor, it is not rich in chocolate and has a kick of vanilla to it. I think this could have had a more richer chocolate flavor, however it’s just delicious regardless how low or strong the chocolate is. On top of that, the sweetness balance is just mastered at the right spot where its not too sweet. Has a semisweet of balance on the sugar side and goes great with other Food Court Items.

  • Chocolate Ice Cream / Chocolate Sundae – This one here is nothing but chocolate and an absolute chocolate perfection. As the chocolate ice cream is kind of semisweet, the chocolate sauce comes and makes it full of sweetness. It’s not rich in chocolate flavor, but just the right amount of chocolate. Very good and delicious.
  • Chocolate Ice Cream / Strawberry Sundae – This one is my favorite from all of the Costco Sundaes. It’s as if you are eating chocolate covered strawberries except the other way around. Brilliant from start to finish and I crave this one the most. If there is one you got to try, this is it.

  • Strawberry Sundae – Comes with real strawberries and they look fresh cut and very sweet. Mixed with the vanilla ice cream gives a classic taste and feels like you made it at home.
  • Chocolate Sundae – Tastes like typical vanilla and chocolate ice cream that feels like you are eating just like in the early 1900’s. Very sweet and the chocolate sometimes gives me alcohol taste. The chocolate is just all over the place which every bite comes with chocolate sauce.
  • Vanilla Cup – Tastes almost like cool whip and it is very smooth and creamy. Very pleasant flavor of vanilla and not too sweet, just perfect.
