Honeys, perhaps one of my favorite nutrition’s in the world and these are the ones from Costco. Bzzz.. Bzzz… sometimes we just like to Bzzz around and with these honeys at Costco you can get them at great price just as expected. There really is no wrong choice when you get it from Costco as the quality is just outstanding. I like to eat it just as a beneficial nutrient to my body just in case if it needs it for defense mechanisms.

Don’t Put it in Hot Water 

Before I begin, as a reminder that most people put honey in hot water for nutrition. However, I like to add that may not be a great idea as hot water just destroys all the nutrients in honey. At the same time, I think it can be a great idea if used instead of sugar as it just becomes sugar. In other words, even though hot water destroys the honey nutrients I like to think of it as a better sugar choice. The best alternative is to drink hot tea and eat the honey on the side for full benefits of the nutrition. Check out a little video here about it. Now lets begin.

This one here comes in a bottle that is size 17.6 oz. The price is $29.99 and the item number is 1185739 which is okay price. I like to use this type of honey as pure medicine and just consume 1 to 2 teaspoons of it and not more. If I want more, I’ll just use regular honey. The UMF is 10+ and the MGO is 265+ and if you are wondering why it’s called Manuka Honey, well it is from that plant.

Tastes like wildflowers and it is thick and orange color which I love it with bread and butter. Great taste and it is from New Zealand.
