Afters Cookie Monster Ice Cream

When it comes to Cookie Monster Ice Creams, we always think of Cookie Monster Muppet from Sesame Street. However, this is no monster it is ice cream from Afters which is at a great price at Costco for only $14.99 which comes in a box of 10. If monsters are scary, this monster is yummy and delicious. It has a satisfying taste with a satisfying color that makes you want to eat and eat, nonstop.

Taste

There is so much going on in this ice cream, but you get only basic taste of vanilla and chocolate. There so much going on in the ice cream with all the toppings inside, but the taste is so basic. I think the blue color is tricking you and making you think this is going to be different, but it is just basic vanilla flavor.

Ingredients

There is like millions of ingredients going on it almost feels like you wrote an essay. It says Handcrafted on the box but with all of these ingredients it’s more feels like lab crafted rather than handcrafted.

Afters Cookie Monster Ice Cream Bars

This is the 2nd time I’m getting this box, and it just looks good but delivers basic taste. What I love is that the outside chocolate coating is very soft and different than many that I’ve tried. The outside chocolate is very soft and feels good on the bite. It doesn’t feel too sweet but as it is 310 calories for one bar it kind of feels guilty when eating.

Overall, it is a great tasting ice cream but feels pretty small with basic flavor. I usually get this one time when I come across it at Costco and this time it was my 2nd time. I recommend giving it a try, but I just wish the ingredients felt more handcrafted rather than lab created. Otherwise, it’s as good as ice cream can be.

Cookie Monster Ice Cream Mini Sandos

I fully loved this one but just packed with so many calories for a tiny piece. Just 320 calories, did I say just? This is minis with gigantic calories from another milky planet. Overall, buttery flavor dominates from the cookies, and I love the chocolate crunch along with the blue colored ice cream with another basic vanilla taste.
