Page 48 “How to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.”
Page 50 “Recipe for the best chocolate cake ever.”
I don’t even know how this is a joke as it is just so true. However, it is one of those things that you just to think about. I often look at the cover of magazines and it says things like “accept yourself.” Then you turn the page, it starts talking about losing weight or gaining weight for skinny girls. I just want to mention that the magazines are almost like the news. Often you never hear anything positive coming in from the news. With magazines, it is everything that is supposed to be entertaining.
Lose Weight
If you really want to lose weight, you guys are lucky because I’m going to tell you a method that works. Yes, it is the simplest method and give it a try now. What is it? Just don’t eat anything that has chemicals in it. For example, if you are going to look at the ingredients and you see artificial ingredients then stay away from that product. Bypass it and get yourself something that is natural and healthy. There is no light switch to lose weight, you have to work on it. Working on it means doing something about it. Which means if you do nothing, you will gain weight.
Fake Sugars
Therefore, start now and start eating anything with zero artificial ingredients. As a reminder, remember to pay attention to fake sugars as people sometimes don’t mention it, but you find it in the ingredients. Stay away from fake sugars it is damaging to the entire body. Some are damaging severely and others slowly, so pay attention to the ingredients carefully. Stay clean and keep your body healthy by eating right.
