Every time I come across this blue color cheesecake box at Trader Joe’s I always wondered what’s inside. Well, this time there was no waiting and I decided to try on Memorial Day, 2024. On the box it says that it is New York Deli Style Baked Cheesecake. Well, I never really had a fried Cheesecake so I can’t wait to give this one a try. The Cheesecake is 1 lb. and 14 oz. which is just under 2 pounds making it 850 grams. For the price and quality, it is just unbeatable.

Ready to Eat

I ate just 1.5 hours after purchase, and it was perfect both in texture and temperature. It was moist and the crust was soft, but the crust had some crunch every now and so on. In other words, it is pretty much ready to eat just after you buy it.

The Taste 

The crust has a pure Graham Cracker taste with a hint of brown sugar to it. The cheesecake itself has vanilla flavor with butter along with cream taste. There is a cheese taste that comes and goes which is my favorite part of the cheesecake. however, the cheese taste is very minimal, but still perfect.

New York Deli Style Baked Cheesecake 

I’m happy that there are no food colors or additional junks added to it. I think it is just perfect that even the sugar is not as much as I thought it would be. It’s not too sweet and the ingredients are way better than alternatives out there. What can I say other than 5 Stars for this cheesecake.

Circle 

Everything is perfection except for that it doesn’t come in slices. It says on the box that one serving is 400 calories, however that serving size is pretty much a guess game. It would be more convenient if it was cut into perfect slices so I would know exactly how much calories I am eating.

Fruits on Top 

This Cheesecake is just made for fruits on top. Every time I’m eating, I add fruits along with maple syrup and it comes out to be perfect. If you haven’t had it with maple syrup, I highly suggest giving it a try.

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Cheesecake 

You know Fall is here when you see this Pumpkin Cheesecake at Trader Joe’s and the price is $8.99 for 1lb 14oz size. It has no spice or cinnamon flavors, instead it tastes like pure pumpkin along with the cheesecake flavor and graham crust. This one is great with ice cream or whip cream.
