“Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.” – Hebrews 13:16

This reminds me of the job world where we work, and we all combine our work ethics in the job. In a way what is reminding me is how people are contributing their work into the job. There are some people who do a good job and some who don’t.

The Good Job

The ones that do a Good Job, they usually end up growing and going higher with the company. But I think this comes from the character and personality of the person. Meaning that the people who do a good job, usually do da same with their life. As if they are always trying to progress or do better and to help one another.

The Bad Job

Of course, there always are those people who do a bad job and almost feels like it’s on purpose. This crowed of people are usually the younger generation who have no care towards their future as they are young now. They go to jobs and perform lazy work or don’t do any work at all. They end up getting into trouble and eventually get fired or just leave the job. This are the people that sometimes don’t show up at work or are always coming in late.

Overall

In short what I want to say is that if you are the bad job person, then change as a person. Do good as if you are pleasing someone. At the end of the day, you are getting paid to do a job which you can think of the owner as God. As if God is the one paying you for the job because the owner is the one who manages and is the alpha position in the job. In this case why not do a good job and please the owner? For the people who are doing a good job, you already know you are on the right path, just keep going. 🙂
