Today marks National Energy Drink Day, which is on September 29, 2024, which is also National Coffee Day. It works both ways as they are both energy blend of beverages. However, even though it is both national holidays, the coffee is taking the internet by a storm. Everyone is just enjoying coffee so much that they are forgetting that it’s also National Energy Drink Day. Well, this is a reminder that it is both holidays on the same day.

Java Monster Irish Blend Energy Drink

I’ll be sharing with you guys a little bit of history which in a way works with both national holidays. The Irish Blend Energy Drink gets replaced with the Java Monster Irish Crème. It’s an Energy Drink but with Coffee which there you go works with both holidays in the same day. This drink was so smooth and so good which the new one sure would be the same. I highly suggest giving the Java Monster Irish a try as it packs both worlds into one. Just to mention that it has a total of 200mg of caffeine which is past my recommended 160mg a day. Just to be on the safe side I try to not pass 160mg a day.

However, I do give an exception to pass my limit as long as its coffee. I just believe that coffee comes packed with naturally a lot of caffeine rather than energy drinks being the caffeine added to the beverage. At the same time, I’m talking about real brewed coffee and not does in cans.

which is better which is not it all just depends on what suits you. I prefer both but when it comes to Energy my favorite is Yerbae. When it comes to coffee I prefer homemade or from freshly made Coffee Shops.
