Ladies, never date a guy with six pack abs. No one develops six pack abs just to date only one woman.
What should I say besides another stupid joke. I mean it doesn’t mean anything by having six pack abs versus being covered in jelly fat. Sure, six packs will be more attractive, but at the same time it just doesn’t really matter. Also, you don’t really need to develop abs as they naturally appear if you lose weight. If you don’t have fat, then the abs would naturally show without really needing to develop it. Many times it will appear better if you work on it, but not necessarily true. It all depends on the body structure as everyone is just different from one another.
Work On It
Some guys would need to work on their abs, so it shows better. Others would just need to do nothing as they have naturally bone tone structure. It’s almost like saying Bruce Lee would need to work out to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger. I mean doesn’t matter how much he works out, his body is just not made to be similar to Arnold. Which is my point that the body structure matters from person to person.
Health & Fitness
Regardless of the body type, I really think all men and women should take some time to work out. Maintain a little bit of health for a better you. Of course, don’t forget to eat healthy too. Working out and eating healthy are so much harder than they sound. Yes, it sounds easy to start a diet. But how many people really keep up with it without having fake cheat meals.
Cheat Meals
Don’t fool yourself with cheat meals, that is just an excuse to get off your diet. If you are taking the Cheating Routh, then at least think of healthy foods as your cheat meals and not unhealthy foods.
