I just phoned in sick from work because I have a cold…
…case of beer in my fridge.

LOL, this one is a good one and now I’m craving the new beers by Monster called The Beast. The energy drink Monster recently just made them, and it has no caffeine, but it has 6% alcohol. I think I shall just call of sick for this beer as its new and looks just way too amazing. At VONS, they were in a box for $21.99 and comes in 4 flavors for a pack of 12.

Call Off

Anyway, let’s forget the jokes and talk about something serious about calling off. Usually, most people have paid 3 sick days off from anywhere they work at. Some people are afraid of taking this opportunity for why I just can’t figure out. Which gets to my point as a reminder to tell you to use all of the 3 paid sick call off days. As they are paid, you have nothing to lose, but to enjoy your day.

Also, you are letting your work environment know that you are busy with your life too. That you do have a life outside of work too. It is healthy to have life outside of work as it is natural. Also, you are showing that you are responsible for your paid sick call offs. If you don’t use it, you’re looking like a complete uneducated person. Take advantage of this paid call off’s and enjoy your time staying home and relaxing.

I believe 3 paid call off’s is standard, but the better job you have the more days you will have. Lucky for those with 6 and more days as it is fun to get paid to drink beer at home, then to go to work. Also, don’t let beer take over your life as then you would probably have no choice but to call off.
