Ever wonder if the ketchup you are eating is healthy or not? Well, most people think that all ketchups are healthy and that is because they are tomatoes of course. However, a lot of times people just don’t look at the ingredients and they don’t know exactly what they are eating just by consuming a simple ketchup. Anyway, I decided to try some healthier choices than the simple ketchup that everyone buys. Let’s Begin:

Organic Portland Ketchup

I purchased this ketchup from Amazon and absolutely love everything about it. It has unique ingredients that captured me to give it a try. For example, it has Organic White Vinegar and Organic Cloves and I never had ketchup before that has those until now. Well, as this ketchup goes there is no choice but to give it a 5 Star review. It tastes just like a regular ketchup would taste like except with a touch of sourness to it. The texture is just at the right level that it is not watery and very thick. Overall, perfectly done from ingredients to flavor which is my favorite choice for healthy ketchups.

I noticed that every now and then they change the pictures on the ketchups and that is pretty cool to me. It comes in a package of 3 in a lovely decorated box that makes you just want to eat it with love. I also think the price keeps changing but it is just a bit over 20 bucks. Anyway, this is my top choice in ketchup and I highly suggest giving it a try.

This Ketchup is pretty strong on the tomato side of taste. Doesn’t taste like fresh tomatoes but rather concentrated tomatoes. It’s kind of sweet then bitter then sour and flavors just rotate. However, it is delicious and satisfies the ketchup desire. I love the ingredients, but I wish it didn’t have added sugars but rather natural sweetener like stevia leaf extract.
