This Disney Luca Deluxe Figurine Set by Disney & Pixar is just amazing. I love the color work that is put into it and also the details. As a big fan of the film, I think this is a must have for all fans.

So, There is 2 of Luca & Alberto, which 1 is in human form and the other in Sea Monster forms. There are total of 5 human form figures and 4 sea monster figures.

Sea Monsters 

I just love the water design in this Sea Monster versions of this figures. Besides the water design, I just love how the water color and texture look, very pleasing. So, as far as the Sea Monsters goes, Luca & Alberto are pretty much best friends. Daniela & Lorenzo are Lucas parents in the Sea Monster form. From all this figures, I think all look good except one which has a tiny detect. The fins on the fathers (Lorenzo) face, I think its a little too low compared to what it looks like in the film. Other than that, everything looks good and I love how the colors fade on the figures.

Humans

I think in the human form everything looks good on this figures. the colors, the rubber feeling, even the color fades, all is perfectly done.

Break Easy 

I just wanted to say that this figures break very easily. Just during the unboxing part, I probably broke like 3 of the figures. However, as this are made for display, I don’t think its really is noticeable.

Little About the Film 

This cartoon is just amazing and I find it very purposeful film for kids and adults. Luca & Alberto basically become best friends in the movie and they go to land in hope to get Vespa which its a scooter. Vespa is the Scooter Luca & Alberto dream of having and they want to explore the universe with it.

On the land they become friends with Giulia and they end up teaming up together to try to win the Portorosso Cup.

Giulia’s Dad Massimo sees how strong of a friends they 3 are together. Luca & Alberto help Massimo catch a lot of fish since they know where the fishes are. Massimo’s cat Machiavelli could just smell the fish off of Luca & Alberto.

Ercole is the champion of the Portorosso Cup which consists of 3 games:

  1. eating pasta competition
  2. bike racing competition
  3. swimming race competition

During the Competition it starts raining and Luca & Alberto turn to Sea Monsters. When this happens Ercole and the rest of the humans try to hunt them because the humans look for Sea Monsters to hunt. Massimo stops everyone from trying to hunt the Sea Monsters because he knows they are close friends with his Daughter Giulia. He makes everyone to accept the Sea Monsters and turns the Sea Monsters to friends rather than enemy.

Luca, Alberto, Giulia, Massimo are basically a hero in this film, actually everyone is kind of a hero. But, I think the main hero is Massimo as he turn everyone into accepting the Sea Monsters.

If you haven’t seen this movie yet, I highly suggest it, it’s very good and its available on Disney+. I also think this film kind of help to accept yourself and go out there as who you are. Being you is the main thing I like to think about when it comes to this film. Great film by Disney & Pixar, and this figures are great collection to this film.
