Sometimes you just have the cravings for some nice tasting Ribs and Costco just has that. You can get them hot and ready from inside the warehouse, or you can buy them and heat them. Well, sure there are some choices for Ribs which over here you will find some of them. My favorite Ribs of all time was Tony Romas which they closed down so Costco is another great spot for it.
Kirkland Signature Smoked Pork Back Ribs
This one is sold by the weight which it is $8.59 per pound. Mine came out to be $17.48 which I do think it is a bit expensive as many stores or restaurants have it near that price. I think $5 less would be much more convenient to me.
- Fully Cooked
- Dry Rubbed
- Just Add Sauce (Not Included)
Heat Recommended:
- Preheat oven to 200 F.
- Keep product in packaging and place on an oven-safe tray.
- Heat in package for 60 to 70 minutes, or until heated through.
- Remove from oven. Set oven to broil.
- Remove heated product from packaging.
- If desired, glaze with your favorite BBQ sauce.
- Place back in oven on the oven-safe tray for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Let rest for 2 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy.
The heating recommendations don’t make sense as it is saying heat in packaging. I mean it’s plastic and has paper glued to it which I don’t think it is heat safe. However, I cooked it my way which is I took it out of the packaging and placed it in the oven on 325 F for 30 minutes. It came out perfect and so delicious.
BBQ Sauce
I added Stubb’s Original Legendary Bar-B-Q Sauce before heating it and after. I just like to play with the BBQ Sauce until I get my desired flavor. However, I also like to keep it minimal as I like to enjoy the meat flavoring too.
Overall, this Ribs just came out to be perfection and absolutely enjoyed each bite of it. So good which I will get again. Check out the Superman Doughnut from Krispy Kreme.
