There never is a year where I go to Costco near Valentine’s Day and not come across most lovely chocolates of all. As we are used to calling this special chocolate as the Chocolate Covered Strawberries. I noticed Costco is calling it: “Hand Dipped Long Stem Strawberries.” Well, they are basically the same thing, and Costco just makes it extra special. For instance, they have long stem which adds a more romantic touch to it. Well, let’s melt into this what I like to call Chocolate Covered Strawberries.

What makes these chocolate covered strawberries extra special is that they are thin layer of chocolate coating. Every time I get this from other stores, they are double or triple amount of chocolate per strawberry which that bothers me. Luckly, Costco just mastered the amount of chocolate just at the right level where it suits both flavors of chocolate & strawberries very lovely balanced. Perhaps, this comes from the purest of heart and it just satisfies every bite of both desirable tastes. Therefore, if you see this at Costco don’t hesitate to get one, it’s just that lovely.

Everything about these chocolates is just perfect. The sweetness is just perfect as it feels like all sweetness is being directed from the strawberries. The layer is masterfully made and the amount of white chocolate drizzle is just right. All said, this Costco Chocolate Covered Strawberries deliver outstanding performance of flavors from the confectionary coating to the fresh strawberries. Absolutely a lovely gift and I recommend getting 2 or more boxes because I can’t stop eating.

Long Stem 

Also, the Long Stems make it even more romantic and rare as many places don’t offer that. At the same time, I don’t think I’ve even come across any other place to have romantic long stems to begin with. This said, the stems alone are enough to make this different and special.
