A new flavor from Celsius and this one is RETRO Vibe Sparkling Sherbet Slush Edition. Perhaps, I should say flavor from the past as it is Retro Vibe. However, how does the past really even have a flavor? I mean what flavor defines the past compared to the future? Perhaps, this Celsius RETRO Vibe Sparkling Sherbet Slush Edition just does that. Let’s go back to the future in taste buds.

Sherbet Slush Editon 

According to Celsius it is supposed to taste like raspberry, orange and lime. However, as I’m drinking, I almost feel like I’m drinking Jell-O. It is supposed to have a slushie like taste as it is called slush but I’m just getting more Jell-O rather than slush. At the same time, it’s so good that I just want to drink nonstop. That said, I really wish it would make more sense if the can came in size 16 Fl Oz instead of 12.

Orange flavor Jell-O like taste dominates the taste and getting notes of berries along with lime and lemon.

Caffeine

It has 200mg Caffeine and not exactly clear with all the sources of caffeine used. Also, I really think 200mg is a bit too much and 160mg or less would be more suiting to me as I like to stay on the safe side.

Fake Sweetener

Who wants to drink fake sweetener with no idea what the downfall really is at the end. Which is why I think natural sweetener like monk fruit or stevia leaf extract would make more sense.

Well taste is super amazing, and the energy given is just absolutely feel-great energy. However, I wish it was 16 Fl Oz size, natural sweeteners used and less than 160mg of caffeine used.
