“And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” – Colossians 3:17 ESV
This kind of reminds me of soccer, and the victory I feel every time Messi scores a goal. I used to play soccer too, and every win feels like this bible phrase. It feels like I am giving thanks to God for providing me the victory of the game. I’m sure Messi feels the same every time he scores a goal. Also, just want to mention that I tried the Messi Burger from Hard Rock Cafe, and it was very amazing. It felt like a victorious taste, best of all it is approved by him. Yum, I kind of want to bite into the burger right now. You can choose if you want fried egg on your burger for just $2.00 more. I got mine with egg because that’s the way Messi would eat it.

Most importantly what I get from this phrase is to be thankful of God being God. He created everything that has to do with the reason why we are here on Earth. This is why there are 7 days a week and the 7th day is the relaxation day as he relaxed on the 7th day. He sent Jesus to Earth to save us from our sins. I think he is getting us ready for something big as we are advancing in technology.
