Summer is almost here, and this Alani NU Cotton Candy Energy Drink delivers all the summer flavors in each sip. It feels like you are at a Carnival by the beach and having a great time by the rides. Perhaps, some sharks by the beach or maybe a Sharknado, just kidding. This one feels like you are enjoying your beach view while sipping into this cotton candy energy. Great price at Walmart which I suggest getting a lot as this flavor is limited time.
Cotton Candy Flavors of the Summer
It tastes exactly like what cotton candy tastes like especially the blue and pink swirled up together. In some ways, it almost feels like you melted cotton candy and are now drinking it. Absolutely perfection on the taste which feels good and refreshing and sweet too. Too bad there isn’t any drinks in this flavor because it just tastes so good. I really wish there was hydration drinks in this flavor because I absolutely love this cotton candy flavors.
Could Improve
- 200mg Caffeine – It would be better if it was 160mg as I think that is the safe zone when it comes to energy drinks. On top of that it doesn’t mention exactly what kind of caffeine is used. Just maybe they can be artificial who knows as it’s not clear.
- Sucralose & Acesulfame Potassium – Who want’s artificial sweeteners? It would make more sense to be healthy if it had monk fruit or stevia leaf extract.
- Erythritol – Sure it might have some natural sugar alcohols, but I really don’t trust Erythritol.
- 12 Fl Oz. – I really think 16 Fl Oz. would be more suiting to me so I can enjoy with foods.
- Preservative – Anyone would want to add preservatives in their fresh made coffee?
Flavor Wins
All aside, the only thing that really wins here is the flavor. I would rather drink simple freshly made coffee with natural ingredients for energy.
