As Wednesday Season 2 starts on no other day than Wednesday, Wendy’s has something very special which is the Meal of Misfortune. I absolutely loved Wednesday Season 1 which I’m a bit extra excited for this Season 2. This meal from Wendy’s is Rest in 10-Piece Chicken Nuggets with Cursed & Crispy Fries along with Raven’s Blood Frosty and 2 mystery sauces. I guess this is just hinting us that there may just be a lot of mysterious going on with season 2.

Wednesday – Meal of Misfortune – Wendy’s

Well, the only misfortune for me is that the meal is pretty small to begin with. I think I need to double this meal to be satisfied with a clear fortune.

Consists of:

  • Rest in 10-Piece Chicken Nuggets – Which you have a choice to make it Spicy.
  • Dips of Dread Mystery Sauces – There are 4 Mystery Sauces, and meal comes with random 2.
  • Cursed & Crispy Fries – Just tasted normal to me except with a cursed name. I guess it is cursed at the end.
  • Raven’s Blood Frosty – Which you have a choice to make it Chocolate. I recommend the chocolate because this frosty has a dark cherry flavor syrup and it goes better with chocolate. Kind of like chocolate with strawberries except this are dark cherries.
  • The Spoon of Gloom – Special spoon for the Frosty.

Keep in mind there is no drink that comes with this meal. I really think it needs a meal because you do get a bit thirsty. To make this extra special I got Alani NU Pumpkin Cream Energy Drink from Walmart.

Dips of Dread – Mystery Sauces

The 4 Mystery Sauces:

  1. Nowhere to Woe – This one tastes like BBQ just a bit spicy twist with it. Sure, you thought it was sweet BBQ until the spice came along at the end with sorrow heart.
  2. Grave Mistake – You may think it is ranch, but you may just be mistaken. I think it’s ranch with Avocado.
  3. You Can’t Hyde – This one gave me ranch and raspberry flavors. You think its ranch, but you just can’t hide away from the berries.
  4. This Will Sting – Of course, the spiciest of all which starts sweet but ends a bit too spicy. My favorite of the 4. Feels like a scorpion sting at the end.

Keep in mind, that I’m just guessing which sauce is which as they are mystery to begin with. The names of the mystery sauces are behind the containers.

Overall 

I fully love the meal with the sauce flavors and cherry flavored Frosty. However, Chicken Nuggets really never make me full and just makes me eat more of other things. Therefore, I would suggest checking out the Burger King the Addams Family meal which that fully satisfied me.

Normally I’d be against this kind of capitalistic corporate synergy. But when the fast-food-slinging, pigtailed poser said I could do whatever I wanted to her customers, I couldn’t resist.
