Ghost Bubblicious Flavored Energy Drinks are at Ralphs for a great price and two flavors. The flavors are Ghost Bubblicious Strawberry Splash and Ghost Bubblicious Cotton Candy. Well, I figured I’ll give both a try but just a bit confused with exactly how much caffeine they contain. Of course, they both have that bubble gum taste but the Cotton Candy has more of the gum flavors. Well, let’s blow some bubbles and get to these flavors.
Ghost Bubblicious Strawberry Splash
Tastes like candy like strawberry along with vanilla and cream too. Kind of similar to strawberry and cream candies except in bubble gum way. This one is 5 calories and smooth on each sip.
Ghost Bubblicious Cotton Candy
Tastes more like the actual gum and has that cotton candy flavor but also has pure sort of sugar taste too. On top of that has vanilla flavors and this one is 15 calories.
Caffeine
This is a bit confusing because it says that it has 200mg of natural caffeine and that it has 100mg of NeuroFactor.
to break it down:
- Natural Caffeine – (From Coffee (Coffee. Spp.) Bean) – 200mg
- NeuroFactor – Coffee (coffee Arabica) Fruit Extract. -100mg
Not sure if this adds up to be 300mg of caffeine or what.
Too Much
- 1000mg – Carnipure Carnitine
- 200mg – Natural Caffeine
- 150mg – Alpha -GPC 50%
- 100mg – NeuroFactor
- 100% – 4 Daily Vitamins
Sure, the flavors are so good but there is just so much going on in this energy drinks. I feel like it almost feels like a drug rather than just energy drink. Perhaps, that’s why it is called Ghost because the Ghost in You may just not want it. Or the other way around which I can’t recommend this beverage as I wouldn’t want my body to be used to it.
Check out my review on YouTube Shorts and this flavor seems to be selling quick.
Keep in mind it also has preservatives along with artificial sweetener and flavors.
