Every time I’m at Costco shopping around there is always a Liquid I.V. product somewhere that just grabs my attention. From Hydration Multiplier Sticks to Energy and different flavors which all works for me. From new flavors to variety form of sticks I like to try which ever suits me for the time being. Some are zero sugar while others are not but it just depends what I’m in the mood for. The price at Costco is just under $30 and they usually come in a bag with 26 sticks inside. Let’s start with the first one that I tried.

Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier + Energy Electrolyte Drink Mix in Blackberry Peach Flavor

This one grabbed my attention as I was looking around for Energy Drinks. As this has 100mg of natural caffeine I found it to be just perfect for me. The source of energy is Coffeeberry Energy Extract and Cognatiq Coffee Fruit Extract. What I like is that it is on the safe level of energy as it is 100mg of caffeine and not passing 160mg. As long as it doesn’t pass 160mg of caffeine it is at the safe zone for me. 100mg is just perfect at where I like it even though it may vary as they are naturally occuring.

The flavors is just so good with this blackberry and peach that I wish I got it sooner. The peach is halfway of the flavor while the blackberry kind of has other berry flavors too.

The only problem with this beverage is that it has 11g of added sugars along with stevia leaf extract. I just wish it had zero added sugars and that the main source of the sugar was only the stevia leaf extract.

Size of Water

When it comes to these sticks I like to use water bottles from 16.9 Fl Oz to 1 liter. Obviously the more the water the less of flavor so it just depends what I’m in the mood for.
