The Rocks Cheat Meal which is pretty big, and I just can’t believe he eats 4 of them. However, as he is giant and works out for his living then I guess all that energy lost in the gym may pay up for it. I went directly to Westfield Century City mall and purchased it from inside the store. During purchase they give you an option if you want it heated up and ready to eat or if you plan on taking it to go. Well, if you plan on taking it to go like me then it comes with heating instructions. Very simple and easy to make just bake it on 350 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes and I do it for 6 which comes out just fine.
The Rocks Cheat Meal by Chef Rocky
This special French Toast is created by Racquel “Chef Rocky” Rockquemore-Breiz who was the Rocks personal Chef. The Rock made it famous on social media and from there on was available for all of us to try on Gold Belly and in store. Inside the store the price is $13.50 for one which comes with all 3 toppings.
1-2-3
Making this Cheat Meal is very simple and all it takes is 3 steps:
- Step 1 – Signature Peanut Butter Coconut Maple Syrup or Citrus Maple Syrup
- Step 2 – Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
- Step 3 – Toasted Coconut Chips
Once you have baked it and its warm and ready, you add the choice of syrup. Then you add the whipped cream along with the chips and its ready.
You can get creative and add ice cream or anything else you desire. I personally like to add chocolate ice cream.
The Taste
It tastes like cinnamon bread with brown sugar and peanut butter with touch of the maple syrup. The whipped cream tastes exactly like ice cream, therefore I think you can even substitute it with ice cream if you choose to.
Separately
When you go inside the store you can buy all 3 toppings separately and make it at home. All you need is some French Toast. I suggest getting some with cinnamon and maybe raisons. Just heat it up and I like to burn it a little to get some crunch, then add the toppings and its ready.
I had saved one can of the Holiday Punch ZOA Energy Drink for this French Toast Dessert and the toy in the video I got from Walmart which is Funko POP! Art Series.
