Limited Time Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder with Cheese Burger is available at McDonald’s which is now back to the menu. There is the Double meat available as well which makes it just double the 1/4 lb meat. I tried both which both came out to be just pretty perfect in the smoky flavor. However. I just found it to be a little bit too much smoky but just good. Ever wonder just what exactly BLT stands for? Well, I think it just means Bacon, Lettuce and Tomatoes. However, it kind of doesn’t make sense as it has a BLT Sauce in the burger.
McDonald’s Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder with Cheese
The BLT Sauce has a buttery, mayo and a light touch of black pepper taste to it. On top of that, it just brings out the smoky side of flavor to this burger. The bacon also brings a smoky touch of flavor but the BLT Sauce just has most of the smoky taste to it. The BLT Sauce is so good I just want to get some extra on the side to make sandwiches at home. Very delicious on the smoky side of flavor and very addicting. However, the smoky flavor is extremely high.
Contains:
- BLT Sauce
- Bacon
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Cheese
- 1/4lb Beef
- salt
- Sesame Seed Bun
What it Needs
Everything is perfect on this special burger, but it really needs more tomatoes and some onions too. Onions go well with smoky meats, therefore I think it will go great with the BLT Sauce. Otherwise, everything is just perfect with this burger.
Double Smoky BLT QPC Burger
Just as good as the Single Smoky BLT QPC except this one is double the meat. This one makes me crave bigger and more tomatoes to come balance the double the 1/4 lb meat taste. The BLT Sauce goes better with this one as it doesn’t feel too strong on the smoky flavor.
Overall
Both single or double are very well delivered with great smoky flavor. I absolutely loved it and I think all is perfect except for that it needs more tomatoes and some onions too. The Single Smoky BLT QPC is 680 calories while the Double is 900 calories.
