“Then I was constantly at his side. I was filled with delight day after day, rejoicing always in his presence, rejoicing in his whole world and delighting in mankind.” – Proverbs 8:30-31 (NIV)
This is to tell us to always be on his side which is the side of God. Even when there are times when we are having trouble, it does times to remember to not forsake him. This whole life is under a test is what I think. At the same time, it’s our fault if we don’t have the desired life. I mean who else can we blame? For example, let’s say we are stressed out because we owe 10 thousand dollars to credit cards and having trouble paying it. At these times, it’s important to not lose faith and to arrange how you spend your money. Don’t waste money on pointless things that you don’t need.
Write it on Paper
Plan ahead and write down your spendings on a piece of paper. This will help you better to manage it. Don’t buy fast food from restaurants but make your own food. Go to grocery store and buy ingredients to make your own foods. Most importantly writing down your spendings on paper will help you plan what you are going to spend it on. Also, you may need to stop going places, if that is what is making you spend money. It all starts with a piece of coffee, 2 dollars here and 2 dollars there all add up at the end of the day. Instead of buying coffee, make your own coffee or drink tea instead with a tea bag.
By His Side
At the end, no matter what you’re going through you can always be by his side. Start now and make changes that is benefiting you and helping you to the right direction with God.
