I found this BeeMax Dubai Style Chocolate Bar at Vons for a great sale price of just $12.99. Original price at Vons is $14.99 which is near 50% off compared to other stores. Many other stores like Target have it near $30 for the same exact chocolate bar. Well, this is going to sell out pretty quick so I might just stop by again. What I like most about this chocolate are the ingredients. Many similar Dubai Style Chocolate Bars have artificial flavors or artificial ingredients which luckily this BeeMax seems okay.

  • Milk Chocolate with Kadayif and Pistachio Cream

When eating, nothing but milk chocolate just dominates the entire taste. The pistachio cream is delicious and sweet but light on the pistachio taste. So light and so sweet that it almost tastes like another form of chocolate. The pistachio cream kind of has flavors of chocolate cream in a way. In other words, it’s like milk chocolate taste on the outside along with different tone of chocolate in the inside. The kadayif has a nice crunch to it and good amount too.

Creamy 

I like that it has good amount of cream inside which is very smooth and creamy. There is this green drizzle on the chocolate which doesn’t really taste like anything other than chocolate.

Too Sweet

It says that it has no added sugars but it just feels much sweeter than the label.

Overall

Great tasting chocolate as a whole but not really getting the Dubai Style in this chocolate bar. It just tastes like milk chocolate on each bite. Even the pistachio cream tastes like milk chocolate just with a tone of vanilla and light pistachio. The Kadayif has that sweet crunch and so good. Perhaps mixing this in ice cream would be a great idea. So far, my favorite Dubai Chocolate is the one from Costco and Traders Joe’s. Also, Lindt has a great one too. I loved Baskin Robbins Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream too.
